Accident Management

FML’s Accident Management is an optional service which can be included in your vehicle or fleet contract. If you already have an existing contract, accident management is also available as an additional extra, thus providing a flexible way to provide cover and extra piece of mind for your fleet.

The process of accident management couldn’t be simpler, FML provide two main approaches, either call our user friendly support centre, who will advise on the best course of action relevant to the severity of your case or submit an accident support form online, where we will begin to process your accident and contact you when appropriate.

As Part of the Accident Management Service, we arrange the recovery of the vehicle, all insurance estimates and any repairs that may need to be carried out. All repairs carry a guarantee and are only carried out through approved body repair centers.

As an additional service, all clients will benefit from a replacement vehicle for up to 28 days while your existing vehicle is subject to repair. If you would like any more information on the services we provide, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Breakdown & Recovery Management

If your fleet requires additional breakdown and recovery support, FML can provide a custom service which is individually tailored to suit the needs of your company’s fleet. This service is in addition to the F.O.C. breakdown cover provided by a vehicle manufacturer.
